Cartoon designs live on being plump and soft. This bear is built with toothbrush embroidery (also called turf or vertical pile embroidery): the head carries a slightly higher pile than the body for a rounded, raised look; brown and beige zones blend naturally; and the eyes and nose are picked out with bright pile columns so the expression comes to life. The surface is soft and does not scratch, so it suits garments worn next to the skin and children's products.

Optional techniques: multi-colour zones with varied pile heights, bright highlights and outer outlining; beads can be added for the eyes or as accents on request.

Applications: kidswear, baby clothing, hats, backpacks, plush toys, cushions and gift customisation.

Customisation process: confirm the shape and hand-feel requirements first → punch and sample → bulk production after approval. Capacity: for kidswear graphics, softness and durability have to come together — skin-friendly yarns and reinforced root locking keep the finished piece from scratching or catching. We can run a small pilot batch first and scale up after approval.
