This batch of embroidered patches uses toothbrush embroidery to create a three-dimensional pile surface, then optionally combines it with leather patches and applies metal nameplates. Edges are finished with overlock or painted edge: placing leather patches alongside the pile surface creates a material contrast, metal nameplates strengthen the recognisability of the brand identity, and edge finishing gives a cleaner outline. Designs can range from realistic florals to abstract colour blocks. Pile height can be customised from 1.0–10.0 mm (commonly 2.0–3.5 mm), with a soft, resilient hand feel and minimal shedding after washing.

Optional techniques: Leather patches can be genuine leather, PU, or microfiber; metal nameplates can be brushed, polished, or electroplated in colours; edges can be overlocked, painted, or bound; patch bodies can have adhesive backing or hook-and-loop fastening to make detachable versions.

Applications: Brand patches and design patches for jackets, denim, bags, hats, and fabric labels.

Customisation process: Customer provides artwork (AI/PDF/high-resolution image) → confirm colours, dimensions, and pile height → 3 simple samples provided free → bulk production after confirmation. Sampling takes 24–48 hours, or 3–4 business days for complex techniques; MOQ is 300 pcs, and bulk production normally takes 5–10 business days (subject to production scheduling confirmation).
