Custom Toothbrush Embroidery | 3D Flocking Logo Patch

Turning a brand logo into an embroidered patch makes fitting flexible: it can be sewn or heat-pressed, and its size and colours can be adjusted with each order. This patch is made with toothbrush (flocking) embroidery — upright pile columns and an even pile surface — so that fine lines, corners and closed shapes in the logo all keep a consistent height. Single or multiple colours are both possible, and bright pile columns can outline the edge to improve legibility.

Optional techniques: single- or multi-colour pile, multi-level pile heights and outlining, fixed by heat press or sewing; also combinable with edge finishing and hot-melt adhesive film.

Applications: brand marks on hoodies, jackets, hats, bags, workwear and school uniforms.
