Product introduction
3D two-tone rose design combined with script lettering: the petals and green leaves use a hand-operated gou-leng (loop-pile) technique to create a thick, fluffy, three-dimensional layered effect, with natural transitions between red-pink and pink-white petals; the lettering below is overlaid with sequin embroidery for a clean, polished sheen. Suitable for large chest-area custom designs on hoodies, jackets, skirts and women's fashion pieces, with distinct textures clearly defined between the floral and lettering elements.

This rose floral design combines hand-guided gou-leng with sequin embroidery: the petals and leaves are built with continuous gou-leng loop-pile stitching, layering into a full, thick pile surface, while the two-tone floral motif is dimensional and richly layered. The English letters below are finished with dense sequin edging embroidery. The matte pile and glossy sequins create a soft-versus-hard contrast with clear layering.
Optional techniques: Petals can be single-color, two-tone, or gradient; pile height can be set by zone within 2–6 mm (2–4 mm commonly used); letter areas can use different specifications of sequins or spangles, or be switched to high-density flat embroidery; outlines can be finished with chain stitch or chain-link edging; patch versions can add edge binding and hot-melt adhesive backing.
Applications: Suitable for hoodies, baseball jackets, jackets, women's outerwear, chest motifs on dresses, and custom fashion bags; floral and botanical illustrations and script-letter combinations can be custom-developed from artwork.
Customization process: Customer provides artwork (AI/PDF/high-resolution image) → confirm colors, size, and pile height → 3 simple samples provided free of charge → bulk production after approval. Sampling takes 24–48 hours, or 3–4 working days for complex techniques; MOQ is 300 pieces; bulk production normally takes 5–10 working days (subject to production schedule confirmation); rush orders can be prioritized in scheduling.
Production capacity: Hand-guided gou-leng pile and small-area sequin/spangle work are stitched in separate layers per design, helping keep sequins clear of stitching and yarn edges neat; standard equipment includes more than 30 computerized specialty embroidery machines, plus laser cutting and heat-press equipment, with the same parameter set used from sampling through bulk production.
