Dobest laser-cut leather appliqué embroidery combines the precision of cold laser cutting with the seam strength of embroidery. Leather is cut by CNC laser into irregular geometric patches with clean, slightly curved edges. A special adhesive film is heat-pressed on the reverse for positioning, after which multi-head specialty embroidery machines apply dense flat-stitch edge binding. This retains the structured feel of genuine or embossed leather while giving the motif rich dimensionality and durable, abrasion-resistant performance.

Optional techniques: polygonal geometric leather appliqué, genuine leather/microfiber leather patchwork embroidery, laser burn-out and embossing on leather edges, and multi-layer composite embroidery combining leather with chenille embroidery or toothbrush embroidery.
